How we research prop firm rules and fees

N73 Funding organizes recorded program terms so you can compare them with their sources and understand the limits of the available evidence. Coverage and review status vary by firm, program and field.

What the platform records

Profiles bring together recorded program fees, account sizes, evaluation stages, loss rules, trading permissions, eligibility and payout conditions. A firm's different programs and account stages can have different terms. A listing is an information resource, not an endorsement or a guarantee of payout.

The platform is maintained by N73 Funding. Source dates and review labels describe the evidence for a field; they are not a claim that a named individual independently tested every account.

Sources and program scope

We use official program pages, help centres, terms and checkout information where available. A useful source record identifies the URL, the observation date and the program or account configuration to which the term applies.

Some published observations were confirmed by the site owner. When a direct source URL or independent review is missing, that limitation remains relevant. Do not assume an owner-confirmed observation has the same evidence as a reviewed official source.

Third-party ratings and community submissions are separate from a firm's official terms. A rating is not proof that a payout will be made or that an account is suitable for you.

How to read the data labels

  • Reviewed facts have review context attached to their source record. Check the stated scope and date.
  • Observed or owner-confirmed information records what was seen or supplied; it does not automatically become independently reviewed.
  • Unknown or unconfirmed means the available record does not establish the term. Do not interpret it as permission or as a zero fee.
  • Conflicting means sources or observations disagree. Stale means the recorded information needs a freshness review.
  • Not applicable describes a field that does not apply to the stated context; it is different from missing information.

Fees and trading rules

Match the fee to the account size, program, billing period, platform and selected options. Evaluation fees, activation fees, recurring charges, resets and promotional prices are different costs. A single price is not necessarily the total cost.

For drawdown and loss rules, distinguish the reference value, update time, breach test and account stage. Country restrictions, trading permissions and payout conditions should be checked against the exact program's current agreement.

Dates and corrections

An observation or verification date tells you when a record was checked; it is not a promise that a firm's terms have remained unchanged. A recent website deployment does not make every source recent.

Report a suspected error with the firm name, program, account configuration, source URL and the wording or value that differs. The site owner reviews corrections and the relevant evidence. Response times vary; correction requests do not automatically change published data.

Comparison and scenario limits

A comparison helps you inspect recorded differences. Missing fields, regional terms and changing firm rules limit what can be concluded. Scenario tools depend on their inputs and assumptions, and cannot predict individual trading results.

N73 Funding provides research and decision-support information. Confirm the current terms with the firm before paying for a program. Trading and evaluation fees involve risk.

Commercial relationships

Some links may be affiliate or referral links. Compensation may be available when a visitor follows a qualifying link or makes a qualifying purchase. The presence of a commercial link does not independently verify a firm's claims or change the evidence label of a recorded field.
