Account help and privacy requests

Use these steps for your N73 Funding account. For a prop firm’s trading account or purchase, contact that firm directly.

I cannot sign in

Use the email you registered with. Check spam and request a fresh recovery email if a link has expired. For an invited account without a password, use password recovery to set one. Google sign-in is currently unavailable.

Recover access by email

I do not recognize a session

Open your account, revoke unfamiliar sessions and change your password. If you cannot sign in, use recovery and send a private support request. Do not share recovery links or one-time codes.

Open account security controls

Export or delete my data

Your account has password-verified export and deletion controls. Export includes app data associated with your verified account email. Deletion blocks account access while background cleanup runs. Infrastructure backups and provider logs have separate retention; deleting your account does not instantly remove every historical backup.

Keep the deletion reference. If cleanup needs attention or you cannot use a control, send that reference to support. An account with the last owner role needs another owner before deletion.

Send a private account request

Use the email associated with your account, name the affected feature and include an earlier reference when available. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery links, payment details or identity documents. A message alone does not prove account ownership; support will verify ownership before making a sensitive change.

Requests are saved in the owner’s private inbox with a reference. The owner replies using the email you provide. Response times vary; access or deletion issues may need investigation. Reopening a request can use the same reference.
