Community rules and appeals
Share your own trading experience. Describe the program, approximate date and what happened. Separate facts you can support from personal opinion. Both positive and negative experiences are welcome.
Do not post impersonation, paid or duplicate reviews, threats, harassment, private personal information, referral links or unsupported accusations. Never include passwords, full account numbers or someone else’s documents.
Each signed-in trader has one active review per firm. Repeated unchanged submissions are blocked. Similar text, promotional links and possible private information can be highlighted for manual review; critical opinions are welcome. New submissions and edits require moderation before publication. Editing temporarily removes the prior public version; previous submissions remain in your private history. Experience verification is separate from approval of the opinion.
Providing experience evidence is optional. Evidence and clarifications entered in private fields are available to you and authorized global moderators. Public review text is visible to everyone once approved. Community ratings are separate from editorial ratings and appear only after 3 approved reviews.
To report a published review, sign in and use “Report this review”. Explain the issue without copying private information. A report does not automatically hide a review. You can track your reports and moderator responses on firm profiles.
If your review is rejected or flagged, use “Appeal this decision” next to your review status. Explain what should be reconsidered. A moderator reviews the current version and records a reason. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee approval. You may also correct the review and resubmit it.
Moderators must give reasons and cannot decide their own reviews or cases. Submission limits apply to reduce repeated reports and spam. N73 Funding’s moderation team handles reviews, reports and appeals. During the pilot the site owner is responsible for this queue. We aim to give an initial review or response within three business days: Monday–Friday, Vietnam time. This target uses weekdays without a public-holiday calendar and is not a deadline to resolve every case. Missing evidence or complex issues may take longer.
A moderator may ask a specific question and set the item to “Needs information”. For reviews, use Edit Review to add a private clarification or correct the text and resubmit. For reports and appeals, use Your reports and appeals on the firm profile or Community page to send a private response. Once you respond, it returns to the moderation queue with a new three-business-day response target. There is no automatic reply deadline or automatic approval, rejection or removal when a target passes. The system does not settle trading or payout disputes with firms.
